Every client is unique and so is the fitness plan I create for them. Your training sessions are customized to your needs and goals.
Have a home gym? Great, we will use the tools and equipment you have.
No equipment? I will bring what we need to every session.
Like to work outdoors? We can train outside on nice days.
Would you like to work out with a friend? I offer semi-private and small group sessions.
Meet Martina
My Journey in Fitness
My passion for fitness began at the age of 14, when I started attending aerobics classes at my local recreation centre. This early interest quickly evolved as I discovered weight training, and from that moment, I developed a deep love for all aspects of exercise and physical activity.
Professional Background
Driven by this enthusiasm, I earned my ACE Personal Trainer Certification in 1998. Since then, I have chosen to focus my efforts on working with mature clients aged 50 and older. Through this work, I have come to appreciate the importance of staying fit, healthy, and mobile as we grow older.
Philosophy and Inspiration
As we age, maintaining our fitness is crucial to enjoying a full and active lifestyle. This includes being able to play with grandchildren, go for walks with friends, and participate in daily activities, as well as enjoying various sports and hobbies. My approach to fitness has been inspired by notable figures such as Jane Fonda and Arnold Schwarzenegger, who have both advocated for lifelong health and activity.
Experience
Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege of working with clients in North Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver area. My goal has always been to help individuals get back into shape and achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
